4. Do I need any special equipment to participate in the online classes?

   Yes! Our live classes are accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, allowing you to practice yoga from the comfort of your own home or while traveling.


6. What if I can't attend the live classes?
   No worries! We offer a library of pre-recorded yoga class videos that you can access at any time, making it convenient for busy individuals to practice yoga whenever it fits into their schedule.


7. How long are the classes?
   Class lengths vary depending on the style and focus, but typically range from 30 to 60 minutes to accommodate different schedules and preferences.


8. Do I need to have any prior yoga experience to join the classes?

   Absolutely! Our instructors are available to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer modifications or adjustments as needed during and end of the live sessions.


10. How do I sign up for classes?
    You can easily sign up for classes through our website .Simply create an account, browse our schedule, and reserve your spot in the classes that interest you. you can book individual class,and we offer unlimited monthly membership, 4 months unlimited package, 10-20 class pass.
